Merge and Rearrange PDF Pages

PDF Agile’s page manager lets you reorder individual pages across multiple source files before merging. Drag pages from File A into positions between pages of File B. Thumbnails show actual page content for accurate positioning.

Use cases: interleaving double-sided scans, inserting exhibit pages, rearranging report sections.

Merging Encrypted or Password-Protected PDFs

PDF Agile can merge password-protected PDFs after you enter the password when prompted. Output is unencrypted by default (you can re-encrypt with a new password post-merge).

Note: PDF Agile cannot bypass permission passwords on files protected with edit restrictions set by the original author.
